Wes through to last Eight at Lakeside

Slow start by Wesley  despite some great high checkouts the first 2 sets went to Alan. Wes found his scoring in the next but then the doubles seemed to leave him but he still managed to level the the game at the second break. Wes then hit his stride with a confident performance in the remaining sets and moved in his usual calm efficienct manner to the Quarter Finals on Thursday. So switch on Thursday and help us cheer him to the semi,s.

Wes thinks very highly of his English fans and thanks them for the great support they give him, he is having a quiet rest at this moment and very tired but a day off tomorrow will get him back on form for a good contest on Thursday with Daryl Fritton.

Duthman WESLEY HARMS coped with the extravagant style and stage presence of Norway's RUNE DAVID with a patient and efficient display of darts which took him effortlessly into the Second Round.

Says it all really !!!!
